Course structure
Rocketstars courses ordinarily run across four terms of nine weeks. Dance ordinarily runs for ten weeks in Terms 2 and 4. After 36 lessons, students reach a review point; progression is not automatic.

Complete the online booking for your chosen class. When the booking service shows it is confirmed, your place is confirmed without a separate routine staff approval.

before the term.
A few shared expectations help coaches protect class quality and help families plan with confidence.
Group absences
My family Absence & friendly class move. For one missed class reported before 8:00am, request a friendly class move in the same form where possible. If you miss that step, sign in again, open your saved absence and add or change the preference directly, or ask the front desk. The front desk checks a same-program, same-level option within two weeks and the current term when a genuine place is free, then confirms it in writing. Coaches do not schedule class moves. Other routine absences remain part of the booked course. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unchanged.
Private lessons
Private lessons and packs follow the terms agreed with your booking. Choose the right lesson type on the absence form; our team will check the applicable notice and venue-fee arrangement.
Fees
Course fees are paid before the course begins. Your confirmation, invoice and family account show the terms and total that apply. Read the Enrolment Terms before paying.

Pay by direct bank transfer or Square — whichever suits your family.

After enrolment, confirm whether the student already has a Rocketstars jersey.

Please include the student’s name, item, size and quantity when contacting our team, and send your payment receipt after paying. Preferred jersey numbers are subject to availability.

Your campus manager will text to coordinate try-on and collection.

How is a class selected?+
We look at age, current ability, previous experience, goals, preferred times and location. Readiness leads the final recommendation.
What if our timetable changes?+
Use class change support and include the student name, current class and preferred alternatives. Any move still depends on level, coach, venue and availability.
Where do I update family details?+
Use Class Manager for registered student and payment details. Use the Rocketstars Class Ready Form for emergency, collection, health and support information, and notify Rocketstars when that information changes.
How do I report an absence?+
Use the Rocketstars Report an Absence form before class where practicable. It records non-attendance but does not automatically create a make-up, refund, transfer or fee credit.
How does a dance free trial work?+
Rocketstars collects the trial enquiry, then Brian Nolan Academy of Dance confirms the appropriate class and placement.
